Address Australia Garment and Shoe Manufacturing Company Limited are manufacture of garments and shoes, based in NT, Australia. Currently, they have a vacancy for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their company. This is a full-time role for a right applicant.
Job duties of the position offered:
• Supporting business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies and programs.
• Advising the Management on the market development, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, providing pricing strategy and strategy for increasing the market share.
• Strategizing, planning and executing marketing operations and fulfilling business objectives by setting marketing targets and goals for improved market share and growth.
• Planning, and implementing various marketing campaigns including road shows, media advertisements, newspaper advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Identifying and analyzing the organization’s strengths and weaknesses in the targeted market territory, identifying marketing opportunities and threats in the marketing environment, identifying emerging trends on customer behavior, evaluating competition in the market, evaluating risks, and accordingly, strategizing and implementing marketing plans, sales promotions for facilitating business development in tune with company’s objectives.
• Selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and developing and implementing strategies for promoting products and services to those markets by meticulously developing plans, helping to set prices based on market scenarios, and market trend, advising on all elements of marketing such as development of new products, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and physical selling techniques.
• Evaluating customer needs based on various factors like age, marital status, lifestyle, identifying and understanding product preferences, expected product benefits and accordingly developing and implementing marketing plans to match their choice.
• Identifying the consumer patterns and preferences, estimating potential demand and market situations, compiling and analyzing business records, and market conditions and accordingly strategizing marketing plans for business development.
• Developing and organizing workshops, meetings, seminars and other events, compiling marketing materials for publicity and information purposes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
Salary - $90,000 plus super
