LD TOTAL is a multi-award winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages. We are a national, privately owned company located in Perth, South-West of Perth, Melbourne, Queensland and Adelaide.
We are currently looking for experienced Landscape Gardeners and General Gardeners to join our teams on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar position. You will also need to have supervisory experience and the ability to lead and manage a small team.
Other attributes and skills required include:
- Capacity to work in all weather conditions
- White Card and valid Manual C Class Driver's license
- Strong Commitment to safe work practices
- High level of personal work standards
- Ability to maintain relationships with clients, management, and team members
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining gardens
- Preparation and laying of turf
- Maintaining planted and grassed areas by weeding, trimming, fertilising, watering and mowing
- Pruning and maintaining trees and hedges, and installing plant support and protection devices
- Preparing plans and drawings, selecting materials and plants, and scheduling landscape construction
- Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures
- Constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, pergolas, ponds, barbecues and garden furniture
- Disease and insect control
A remuneration package of $70,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
