General Hand / Forklift Operator - Assembly and Process Work

General Hands and Forklift Operators Wanted!

EGR  is one of Queensland's largest manufacturing operations with headquarters and state of the art manufacturing facilities located in Brisbane. With over 900 staff worldwide, EGR is a market leader in design and produces products for local and overseas automotive markets.
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to future proof their skill sets in  Advanced Manufacturing.  Invest in your career and take up a General Hand or Forklift Operator position at our sites in Brisbane.
Tasks will include:

• Working within an advanced manufacturing environment;
• Pre-assembly & packaging of products; and
• Use of basic hand/power tools.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Follow OH&S practices as set by policy and legislation;
• Show initiative and work well unassisted;
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment;
• Strong communication skills High attention to detail; and
• Willing to work in various areas to a dead line. 
• Have a forklift license (desirable, but not required)

To be successful; you must have the following:

• Able to work full time hours (38 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
• Day shift ( 5:00am and 7:00am starts available depending on role)
• Physically fit – pre-placement medical including a Drug and Alcohol test are required.
• Steel cap boots and high visibility clothing
• Working rights within Australia
