Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Maintenance – General Handyman to join a dynamic team with an Aussie award wizard. Based in the southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, they are a leading property developer force in the real estate industry, and they need your expertise to keep their properties in pristine condition.

What you will be doing:

Inspections and Repairs: Your primary role will involve going out and inspecting maintenance issues, and then using your chippy skills to fix them up. Small repairs at commercial and apartment properties will be your daily adventure.

Quote Coordination: If there's a task beyond your toolbox, you'll be the one coordinating quotes for specialized repairs. Think of it as being the maestro orchestrating the repair symphony!

Eyes and Ears on Sites: Be our eyes and ears on the ground! Especially when tenants are undergoing renovations or repairs, your keen attention to detail will ensure everything is up to scratch.

Who we are looking for:

Skilled Chippy: Ideally, you're a skilled carpenter who loves getting hands-on with maintenance tasks. Other trade certificates may be considered.

Problem Solver: You're not just fixing things; you're solving problems. You enjoy the challenge of finding solutions.

Coordination Maestro: Coordinating repairs and getting quotes is second nature to you. You're the bridge between problems and solutions.
