Role available for a dynamic and creative (soon to be former) accountant looking to move away from a pure accounting role and into a more business management-oriented role with the opportunity to grow within the business.
Established in 1990 Advantage Air is an Australian developer and manufacturer of air conditioning and home controls products including MyAir and MyPlace smart home controls. With branches in 6 cities in two countries, MyAir is a world leading smart air conditioning controller while MyPlace is in the early stages of a similar journey.

In this role you will join different parts of the business and work with the senior managers to help improve every part of the business. You will also be involved in determining the direction of the organisation. The key part will be the implementation, ensuring that the strategic plans align with the organisation's macro goals.
