About Us:

BreatheSafe is a proud Australian company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and selling world-leading dust control and air quality solutions for industries exposed to dust or airborne contaminants, both locally and internationally. Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a General Manager SalesAPAC & Europe to join our team based in Perth, WA.

About the Role:

As the General Manager SalesAPAC & Europe, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy in the region. Your primary focus will be on expanding sales (highly prioritising Australia) through a direct-to-market model in Australia and developing and managing channel partners elsewhere. You will collaborate with customers, channel partners, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a market-leading customer experience, including product availability and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales - Direct to Market & Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including direct-to-market in Australia and managing channel partners in APAC and Europe and in particular Indonesia and Scandinavia.
  • Achieve revenue targets, support customers and partners, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Expand into new markets and conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Brand Reputation and Customer Experience

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and promptly resolve customer inquiries.

About You:

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver superior business and customer outcomes, prepare and deliver presentations to partners or customers, and regularly visit sites to ensure customer needs are represented within the product strategy. You will engage and build relationships with industry associates, including Machine OEMs, research partners, SMEs, and other organisations, while providing cross-functional leadership within the business to ensure collaboration and respect. Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports and maintain up-to-date market intelligence databases.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant fields (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (preferably in the mining industry)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels on customer sites and internally
  • Strong collaboration and management skills
