Our client, a prominent figure in the provision of mental health and Allied Health services, is on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary General Manager to helm operations across their four clinics located in Hamilton, NSW, and Rutherford.

- Comprehensive Client Care: Guarantee the provision of holistic care across all age groups, overseeing a mixed caseload with the support of an inclusive and dedicated administrative and management team.
- Team Oversight: Manage a comprehensive support network, including a full reception/admin team and a Practice Manager, to enable smooth clinic operations and outstanding service to clients.
- Qualifications: Advanced qualifications in a field relevant to mental health or Allied Health, coupled with qualifications in Leadership or Management (desirable although not a requirement)
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams within the mental health or Allied Health sectors, with a strong background in operational leadership and business management.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring teams towards excellence and innovation.
