If you’re an innovative and forward-thinking leader who values collaboration and wants to contribute to fair outcomes for tenants and consumers, then DEMIRS is the agency for you.The roleOur growing Conciliation and Services Directorate is responsible for conciliation and trader intervention activities, assisting businesses and consumers to resolve disputes remedying improper practices, and bonds administration for tenants and landlords.The new Commissioner Determinations function will implement key aspects of recent legislative reforms designed to enable tenants to make their rental a home and to provide an accessible and streamlined alternative to court for bond disputes.As the General Manager Determinations, you will contribute to establishing the new Commissioner Determinations function within Consumer Protection, ensuring the fair and transparent determination of disputes.You will provide strategic leadership and guide your new team.
