Position Description
We’re looking for a General Manager (GM) Operations to lead our business through an exciting period of operational growth as we roll out a bespoke new clinical services model, starting in Western Australia, with ambitious plans to expand nationally and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an emerging space and help shape the future of mental health care.
On 1st July 2023 the Therapeutic Goods Administration created a pathway for specialist psychiatrists to provide psychedelic assisted therapy (PAT) to patients with PTSD and Depression. Leveraging the expertise of our psychiatrist-led trauma focused clinicians at our subsidiary clinic, Emyria is one of the only companies in Australia with TGA Authorised Prescribers, trained therapists and a newly opened, bespoke facility. We are now seeking an experienced senior leader to help drive our next phase of change and growth without compromising the quality of patient care that is at the heart of our work.
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager Operations will manage operations for Emyria Ltd, an ASX listed company headquartered in Perth, with initial clinical service centres in 3 locations, and a pre-clinical stage drug development program.
The General Manager Operations is responsible for leading and driving the clinical business operations and shared corporate services to meet strategic, people, and financial performance targets.
