The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Medicine Senior Registrar to join our team from August 2024 to February 2025. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Medicine Senior Registrar to join our team from August 2024 to February 2025. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care to patients in the General Medicine department.
- Participate in the after-hours and weekend roster, ensuring continuous and comprehensive care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and trainees.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in quality improvement activities and clinical research projects.
- Support and contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements in the department.
- MBBS or equivalent degree with current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 4 years of postgraduate experience in General Medicine.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring junior medical staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call roster and flexible work arrangements.
