This Practice is well-established, in operation since 2010. They are AGPAL accredited (November 2021). The practice’s mission defines the reasons why they exist, it is the foundation on which all the framework of their services are built. Their mission is to provide the highest quality of primary health care to the entire family whilst incorporating a holistic approach towards preventative, diagnosis, and management of illnesses. The practice is committed to providing a wide range of health services under the one roof including General Practitioners, allied health professionals and when possible, specialists. Their vision is to ensure the sustainability of their services for generations to come through appropriate and professional use of the practice’s resources. They are a mixed billing practice and bulk billing is available for children under 16yrs, concession card holders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, chronic disease management and health assessment. The Practice performs an essential role in delivering primary health care services to the community. The practice’s values and culture are consistent with our role. Criteria:
Non-VR or VR GP through FRACGP or ACCRM
Must be committed and have a passion for excellent patient care
Excellent interpersonal & constructive communication skills Strong team player

Qualifications and Experience:
General or specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
Non-VR or VR subject to 19AB as Cooroy is a DPA approved Location
