- Perform project management functions to ensure that the project delivery aspects of scope, cost, time, and quality are achieved.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to develop all project documentation for moderate to low-risk projects, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable business benefits.
- Navigate project risks by identifying potential issues, assessing their impact, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project resilience and success.
- Coordinate and deliver technical and operational projects such as IT hardware replacement, system upgrades, and other IT asset replacements.
- Develop well-defined and controllable work packages, including the identification of resource requirements for the planning and delivery of projects.
- Develop cash-flow forecasts for projects and manage approved project budgets in line with financial delegations.
- Implement and maintain appropriate control strategies to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality aspects of the project.
- Manage the requirements to assist in the development of appropriate contract terms and conditions and review these to ensure they enable effective management of third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field such as Computer Systems, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering, or significant industry experience in project management of IT projects.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Project Management, Industry accreditations in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, MSP), Eligibility to gain or have certification at CPPM level with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM).
