General Practitioner:

They are committed to the delivery of best practice primary health care for their community in the West Moreton Region and are looking for an experienced General Practitioner to join the team.
You should be someone who is passionate and dedicated to the continuous improvement of comprehensive and culturally appropriate primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Mandatory:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have had their Covid-19 Booster (3rd Dose) prior to the interview stage
- Current unrestricted General or VR AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
- Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical practitioner in a general practice / primary health care setting (including post-graduate training)
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
- Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities
- Knowledge of Aboriginal social and cultural history and the impacts of social determinants on health outcomes for Aboriginal clients
