General Practitioner Recruitment Coordinator

We are working with a Primary Healthcare provider who is seeking a General Practitioner Recruitment Coordinator who will play a vital role in securing exceptional GPs and Registrars for a growing network of practices.  This position is the key to building a robust pipeline of talent while fostering a supportive environment for the existing practitioners. 

If you have operational experience in a primary healthcare setting or previous experience in a GP recruitment role, this exciting opportunity could be perfect for you!

You'll proactively source and attract qualified GPs through innovative strategies, manage our candidate database, and represent the company at industry events. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with external stakeholders and operational teams to streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.

You'll be the go-to person for GPs, addressing their needs, concerns, and fostering ongoing support. You'll help them build and grow thriving practices, by being an advocate, working alongside the practice staff on efficiencies, provide resources, and facilitating CME opportunities.

This position is suited to an individual with motivation, drive and who will be committed promoting and enhancing the company’s reputation in the market as a leader in Primary Healthcare.

Recruitment Coordinator;

• Operational experience in a General Practice will be an advantage
• Experience in the Recruitment of General Practitioners
• Established contacts within the medical industry
• Familiarity with RACGP and relevant regulatory requirements related to Medicare, AHPRA and Immigration
• Understanding of financial considerations in General Practice 
• Strong people skills and able to engage confidently with medical professionals
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Drivers licence and own car essential
