About The Role:
This organisation has an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join their established team. This position will be based in Bundaberg and will rotate between the Gayndah Practice.
When on rotation in Gayndah, you will work a 4-day week, with travel time between Bundaberg and Gayndah included. You will receive a location allowance as well as meal and incidental allowances. Accommodation and a vehicle will be provided if required.
Skills & Experience:
3 year experience as a General Practitioner is preferred.*
AHPRA Registration
ACCRM or ?RACGP Fellowship
*?Doctors on training pathways requiring minimal supervision may be considered.

Salary Package:
Your Salary Package is made up of the following: -
Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $7,500 to your take home pay per annum.
Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum.
9-Day Fortnight (for full-time employees).
4-Day work week when rostered in Gayndah.
Flexible working hours.
Percentage of Earnings – between 65% and 75% when exceeding KPI targets.
5 Weeks Annual Leave.
CPD Allowance - $2,000 to $3,000 per annum.
Professional Development Leave - 1 week per annum.
Paid Professional Memberships and Registrations.
Superannuation valued at 10.5%.
Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.
