SalaryForum Recruitment are seeking a talented and motivated GIS operator for our facilities management client who have an exciting project lined up which starts early 2024.
The Position:
As a GIS Operator, you will play a crucial role in the collection and management of data, analysis and presentation of geospatial data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to GIS project planning.
- Perform data analysis and assist in the development of GIS solutions.
- Support field data collection and keep databases updated.
- Assist in the creation of maps, charts and other spatial data.
About you:
- Experience using the software ArcGIS and/or MapInfo.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in this field (not compulsory).
- Minium of 5 - 10 years' experience.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player
