First question - do you love working with your hands? The window and door industry has endless opportunities to learn and innovative with our BRG made Aluminium Window Systems. Secondly, do you like the idea of measuring, preparing, cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium and glass products? The correct candidate will learn all these aspects of the glazing industry in your training in the fabrication of AWS Vantage Aluminium products - an Australian industry leader in windows & doors.

Aluminium windows and doors are one of the cornerstones of the residential and commercial building industry, of which BRG has been a part of for almost 35 years. After 2 years with BRG, you will have the opportunity to gain recognition of your skills and time at BRG to complete a TRADE QUALIFICATION - Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (MSF30422) - a lifelong qualification that represents your abilities in the window & door industry. With this certificate, BRG shows its dedication to keeping its employees at the cutting edge of the industry.
You will join an enthusiastic and supportive team that will help you adapt to our industry, initially earning a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to progress through the manufacturing chain, as merit permits. We are a 30 years strong company with 18 committed, friendly team members and are looking for a hardworking member to help expand our brand.
