About Us
Master Glass Fencing is a leading pool fencing and balustrade specialist based out of the Eastern Suburbs. We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We offer a range of services such as glass fencing, balustrades, staircases, shower screens, and mirror installations across Melbourne.
The Position
We are currently seeking a Glass Installer who will work at both residential and commercial sites across Melbourne. You will be responsible for measuring and installing a variety of different glass options for our clients and delivering a finished product to be proud of.
About You
We are seeking individuals who either reside locally in the eastern suburbs or are open to commuting, as our office is situated in this area. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to accommodate early morning starts and understand that the role involves travel across Melbourne and nearby suburbs, requiring the possession of a driver's licence and access to their own vehicle. Due to the physical demands of the position, candidates must be physically fit and motivated, as some heavy lifting may be involved.
Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in the installation of pool fences and balustrades, installing shower screens, and have a strong ability to accurately measure projects.
Additionally, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Take pride in their workmanship
- Ability to work unsupervised and listen to instructions
- Can professionally represent the company on site and in front of clients
- Shower screens, mirrors or staircases installation experience will be advantageous but not essential
Key Duties:
- Speaking with clients to understand their needs and providing the best solution for the job
- Accurately measuring and setting out jobs
- Using a variety of power tools including core drills
- Organising materials needed for jobs ahead
- Grouting and cementing products in place
- Cleaning sites thoroughly when finished
