Based out of our Tingalpa factory and reporting to the Glazing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Glazing team to install glass and aluminum projects for our customers.

Responsibilities include
- Managing projects, including measuring, ordering, scheduling and finalising installation
- Collaborate with Management and Planning teams on glazing jobs and projects
- Responsible for site visits, establishing the scope of works, cost input, resource requirements, and planning.
- Work closely with our Estimators to assist with quotations
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in the end-to-end process of glazing
- Glazier qualifications would be highly regarded but not essential
- Positive attitude with fantastic customer service skills
- Reliable, honest, and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Focus on attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
