- South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Clinical Trials Unit Assistant for administrative functions and trial management within the Clinical Trials Unit.
- Contributes to the effective delivery of Clinical Trials in a multidisciplinary team.
- Involves set-up and running of Clinical Trials and site administration.
- Includes updating and maintaining research databases, Electronic Site Files, and Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA's).
- Applies understanding of governance, finance, and budgetary processes.
- Ensures compliance with relevant legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Permanent part-time position (56 hours per fortnight).
What you bring
- Excellent administration skills.
- Previous experience and proficiency in data input and management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and organisational ability.
- Prior experience in governance and administration of Clinical Trials is desirable.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in a relevant area of study is desirable.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health & Allied Services, Managers & Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025, Administrative Worker Grade 2 $66,768.00 - $72,134.40 (pro rata)
