The team consists of BA, Infrastructure Architects, Project Managers and Senior System Engineers. The culture is family feel and people come first.
Training given
Cloud training, Networking and security engineer with career progression available to these teams Security / Network or Azure Platform team.

Responsibilities:
- Managing, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise environment to ensure service availability across Asia Pacific offices, warehouses, and network of stores spanning 500+ locations in Australia, New Zealand, and China.
- Experience in Azure/Office 365, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Server, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Working on Veeam backup and SAN storage.
- Managing Identity Access Management Platforms. Incident Management Procedures (ITIL)
- Managing a Citrix Xen Desktop, XenApp, and Windows gold image environment
- Working with Cloud team on deployment & configuration of Azure platform components using Terraform.
- Working with Security team to support Cyberark and Azure security (IAM, Firewalls, RBAC, Azure AD, Sentinel, Key - Vault, etc.).
- Coordinating project tasks in collaboration with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
- Demonstrate a fervor for I.T. and deliver exceptional internal customer service.
- Adhere to ITIL-based ITSM practices, ensuring the management of incidents, problems, and service requests align with agreed service levels.
