We are looking for a talented and highly experience consumer products marketer with proven success in managing a marketing team and strategy on the global stage. 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO you will utilise and work with our talented and passionate team and engage with our external agencies and consultants to successfully execute and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy including:

  • Motivate, support and manage our internal marketing team and external agencies and consultants.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to effectively deliver the resources, targets and KPI's of the marketing department. 
  • Ensure the creative direction and brand identity at all times align with our brand values and corporate culture.
  • Define and communicate the unique value propositions of Steadyrack products, ensuring a strong and differentiated market presence.
  • Source, manage and challenge external specialists, agencies and consultants required to execute the marketing strategy. 
  • Analyse and utilise the internal and external data resources effectively to inform and guide the marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute targeted and effective digital and non digital advertising campaign strategy tailored to support the sales and marketing objectives of the different regions and sales channels. 
  • Deliver an effective and engaging social media strategy across all relevant social media channels.
  • Monitor the company Website and conduct regular reviews ensuring all content is relevant and current and the site performance is optimised at all times.
  • Prepare detailed reports utilising key metrics for all activities to enable effective performance measurement of the marketing strategy. 
  • Manage the company marketing and listings on Amazon and other global marketplaces.
  • Work cohesively with our internal and external creative teams to develop effective engaging content to support all marketing activities.
  • Nurture and enhance the Steadyrack brand through consistent messaging, visual identity, and market positioning.
  • Identify opportunities and prepare Press Releases and public announcements and distribute to approved media outlets, influencers and reviewers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development and Sales teams to create and execute product launch strategies, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a global network of influencers, brand ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Marketing and Communications,
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Marketing management role, preferably with a consumer goods or lifestyle industry brand. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Experience managing budgets and budgeting processes
  • Proficient using Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly adopt and understand new technology and marketing platforms and tools. 
  • Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • "Can do" attitude and comfortable working with a small close knit team. 
  • Passion for cycling and a good understanding of the bicycle industry would be an advantage. 
  • Experience using Asana, Power BI, Triple Whale an advantage
  • Experience with Amazon and other marketplaces highly regarded
