TSEG will achieve this by leading with integrity and values to enable us to provide entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences safely, responsibly, and ethically.As our Implementation Manager, reporting to the Head of Quality Engineering you will be responsible for planning, managing, communicating and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support the go live phases of technologies product builds.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership expertise throughout our property at The Star Sydney.A few of your responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go live activities
- Act with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release management function
- Plan and facilitate implementation activities across the SDLC
- Manage and communicate the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope and escalate key issues and risks where appropriate
- Build and maintain the Implementation Plan in alignment with the standards set by the Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager
- Understand, communicate and map key technology and personnel dependencies both within the project implementation or across projects as part of a program
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Implementation Management role
- Extensive experience in or working with Release and Change Management roles
- Comprehensive background in definition of release management process and practices
- Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations
- Strong ability to exercise independent and effective judgement
