AddressOur client is seeking to engage an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to join their Global Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Global Marketing Programs and executing the global assigned product marketing strategy. They develop the business case to select the appropriate program content with the product marketing team and report the success of the program to the worldwide organization. Together with Regional Marketing colleagues, this function manages and governs all outbound aspects of the Spectroscopy Marketing Program. This includes cross-sell opportunities with other businesses and Global Marketing Programs colleagues.
Principle responsibilities are to design Global Marketing Programs that deliver on targeted results and objectives, while working closely with regional teams to support strategic execution of programs within regions. The Global Marketing Programs Manager develops and integrates messaging, content and outbound marketing activities as appropriate to support the program. Overall development of program requires strong support of the brand in culture, messaging and customer experiences.
You have honed your knowledge, functional breadth and marketing skills. Here's where you get to implement your vision by transforming broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects, lead the design and delivery of new programs and provide solutions to complex, high impact issues.
You will need to have a university degree level or equivalent (ideally in science or related field). You'll also bring practical and relevant marketing experience within a scientific (preferred) or highly technical, engineering or technology space with a focus on B2B marketing, and an eagerness to build on your excellent analysis, presentation and marketing strategy development skills. An accomplished program manager and influencer, this organisation is where your expertise and solutions oriented approach will take you even further.
Flexible work arrangements are possible, but you will be required to work from the office (in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs) 3 days per week.
