What you'll do
You will lead building capabilities, solutions, and working practices that provide confidence to the Board, Group Executive and other key stakeholders in how Performance and Reward is managed across Woolworths Group. You will leverage our agile structure and partner and collaborate with other leaders responsible for the design and delivery of Team Experiences. You will lead the professional development of the Performance and Reward team and work with delivery leaders to deploy their expertise across Woolworths Group. Your specific accountabilities will include:
  • Take accountability and ownership of the Woolworths Group reward and team benefits strategy, framework, governance and policies, as well as performance management design across Woolworths Group
  • Lead the delivery of Performance and Reward activity for the most senior executives across Woolworths Group, partnering with the Chief People Officer (CPO), CEO, Director of People Risk and Compliance, members of the Group Executive and, where appropriate, the Chair of the People Committee
  • Manage the delivery of external reporting including the Remuneration Report, partnering with Group Finance, other enablement teams and the external auditors to incorporate latest developments in disclosure.
What you'll bring
You're someone who leverages deep expertise to provide thought leadership through strategy and frameworks. You keep up to date with emerging trends and practices and build curiosity in these areas in your team. You ground insights in data to inform strategy and decision making, and you are credible, curious and highly collaborative. Leading, coaching and managing teams is something that gives you energy and you are motivated to drive your team's collective performance.
  • You also have Performance and Reward experience gained in large, ASX-listed organisations and exposure to Executives and Boards/Committees, with a demonstrated background of engaging and influencing at senior levels
  • Experience in leading teams through change and exposure to Agile operating environments and methodologies would be advantageous.
