Position Overview: As an Air Conditioning Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial Air conditioning systems. This is a field-based role where you will use your technical expertise to ensure our clients' systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial Air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in Air conditioning systems + refrigeration systems.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal service outcomes.
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
- Current ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in servicing commercial Air conditioning systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
