The role of the Golf Operations Attendant is to deliver and maintain a high standard of member services across the entire business.
This position requires an individual who can work independently and can work a majority of weekend shifts.
Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Picking of range balls.
- Cleaning of the workman, ball pick-up machine, wash bay area and a small fleet of carts.
- Ensure all golf service-related product is maintained and presented by standard operating procedures including driving range, carts, bag storage, club repair, pull trolleys, and so on.
- Ability to follow lock-up procedures.
- Keep the driving range area clean and organised.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the shop.
- Competition and handicap management, including check-in and administering the comp results.
- Assist with shop sales including ordering and stocktake.
- Maintain a high level of member services.
Successful applicants should also have the following:
- Be capable of lifting 15kg regularly.
- Ability to work alone.
- Have their transport.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Impressive communication and computer skills
- Have an understanding of the golf industry, previous experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a small team environment.
Hours:
- 10-25 hours per week.
- The role is casual.
