Your mission is to develop and execute local area marketing and communications plans aligned with Arup’s strategic vision. To deliver this you'll collaborate closely with the Geography Leadership team and Pursuits Team to understand local markets, identify opportunities, and craft tailored strategies to ensure Arup's success in winning projects and securing preferred clients.The Opportunity
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance Arup's brand, client relationships, and business generation in the NSW & ACT market.
- Provide local market insights to inform regional marketing plans and collaborate with stakeholders to align local strategies with regional initiatives.
- Manage local business relationships and industry associations to optimise Arup's market influence.
- Lead a team to drive best practices across the Marketing & Communications function and manage budgets to ensure a high commercial return on investments.
- Developing a technical understanding of the services we deliver will be essential to building business relationships and ensuring marketing effectiveness.
- Showcased proficiency in crafting strategic marketing and communication strategies within the built environment or professional services sector where you are renowned for cultivating robust relationships with a wide array of senior business leaders, fostering collaborative partnerships that fuel organisational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Proficiency across marketing disciplines including marketing strategy and planning, market analysis, marketing campaigns, event management, client marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinker with proactive, hands-on approach, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
