Goodlife Glen Iris are looking for quality PT's who will be able to come in and build a PT business here.
We have over 3,700 members, with over 100 new members that sign up each month and we are growing our membership base every month.
This gym is set up for PT's to come in and do well if they are willing to put in the hours, make the calls, book the sessions and convert all the Complimentary PT sessions into ongoing paid clients.
You will have constant support from a Personal Training Manager who has been in the industry for almost 15 years and a Personal Trainer at this gym for over 10 years.
We have a state of the art 24/7 facility in a great area of Melbourne where people can afford personal training that also includes; Free weights area, Multiple functional training areas, Arena group training section (boxing/kickboxing), Reformer Pilates Studio, Pin Weight Loaded Machine Section, Rigs/Lifting Platforms, Large Spin Studio and a Huge Group Fitness Classroom.
PT leads generated for you every day with access to our membership base, Facebook group, Instagram page, In-Club advertising, website profile, full time membership team promoting personal training and a manager who is available with whatever you need to help you build a thriving PT business.
Extra development is provided for those who want it. There is a 6 Week 'Level Up' Program where you learn Business and Practical aspects that can help you with your PT business. Practical training sessions are run weekly in our Region that you can attend to learn even more. And there is also a 2 Day Sales Training and Induction you attend when you start, to help give you even more tools needed to build a successful Personal Training business here.
All of our Trainers are on Sub-Contractor Agreements. You will get your first 3 Weeks Rent Free and have a 12 Week Build Up Phase to help you get started in the club.
As our PTs are running their own businesses in here, you will be able to charge whatever you like and work your own hours. However, it is recommended to be in here as much as possible when you begin to help build up your brand and your business.
