We are looking a Full Time employee with the ability to progress into Management for the right candidate. This position requires experience in management,

An urban Gourmet Mushroom Farm located in Kardinya approximately 10 minutes from Fremantle. Specialising in unique Gourmet Mushrooms for the restaurant industry. It is a positive and friendly working environment with flexible hours and a great team.
Full Time 38 hours a week
- *Please note this is a very physical job as with most types of farming, you must be physically fit, lift 20kg regularly, hold a valid manual Australian drivers license, work fast paced and prepared to work hard and within a team.
- There will also be weekend work at local farmers market, a backround and enthusiasm for sales will be prioritized. These shifts are 6am - 1pm Saturday and Sundays.

- What you will be doing:
- Harvesting and boxing mushrooms
- Preparing orders
- Preparing and mixing mushroom grow blocks
- Moving blocks
- Cleaning and sterilisation of fruit rooms
- Additional tasks as you can prove your ability to learn Mushroom Farming procedures.
- You will be harvesting and preparing boxes and orders, it is delicate work that requires attention to detail.
- Running farmers market stalls on the weekend, 6:30am Start
This position will progress into Management of the team and farm for the right applicant, you will need to show your ability to perform through the farm in all areas prior to promotion to assistant manager with the possibility of manager.
