- Above award salary
- 4 Weeks of Annual Leave
- 1 Week of paid CPD leave and 1 Week of Charity Leave for the first 12 months of employment. This reverts back to 1 week per annum after the initial 12 months. Pro-rata for part-time
- Up to $2000 for CPD Courses. After the initial 12 months, reverts to $1200. Pro Rata for Part-time
