We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Grade 2 role in inpatient and rehab services in Melbourne's West!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital settings and show skill in the following:
- Independently and competently manage a wide range of acute and rehabilitation services.
- Provide clinical support and supervision to junior staff and students.
- Commit to continuous skill and knowledge development in your specialty area through clinical experience and professional development activities.
- Demonstrate leadership by collaborating with senior staff and management on service improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students to foster their professional growth.
- Proven ability to work independently and across various acute and rehabilitation services.
- Strong commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervision and mentoring.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- A passion for high-quality service delivery
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to collaborative and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to plan and coordinate patient/resident/client care effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
