With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!The Role:Northern Health are looking for a Full Time Grade 2 Acute or Subacute Speech Pathologist to come and join our team for 12 months with the posibility of ongoing.Part time applicants will be considered.This is an exciting role that offers you the chance to build and broaden your clinical skills within a supportive environment, with exposure to a diverse caseload and a range of speciality areas. - Experience and good working knowledge of the assessment and management of patients presenting with disorders of communication and swallowing including instrumental swallow assessments
- Proven ability to supervise staff and students
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and represent Speech Pathology on internal and external collaborations
- Experience in promoting and participating in quality improvement processes.
