Full or part time positions available and experienced Grade 1 and 2's are encouraged to apply.In this role you will:
- Work with school-aged children in primary and secondary schools across Barwon, to deliver services and supports to students with physical disabilities or chronic health impairments.
- Deliver goal directed therapy to children and young people who are experiencing learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties in the Barwon clinic, and our customers' homes, schools, and anywhere online.
- Undertake communication assessments and interventions.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and services that build on customer's strengths and develop sustainable long-term solutions.
- Emphasise parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of Speech Pathologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic customer care.
- Work within a range of funding models, including NDIS and school-based funding.
