Working directly with Senior Accountants and Partners, you will receive exposure to a wide range of business and taxation services that are provided to our large client base of high net worth individuals, SMSF's, professionals and SME's.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be an integral member of a growing team, with an opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm.
You will also be encouraged to manage client relationships whilst managing the following tasks:
- Completing year-end Financial Accounts and Income Tax Returns for SME’s, SMSF’s, high net-worth individuals, partnerships and trusts.
- Preparation of BAS’s and GST reconciliations
- Assist in tax planning and business structuring advice
- Completing all other statutory compliance requirements
- Liaising with ATO and other regulatory bodies
- Liaising with clients on software consultancy matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree qualified (majoring in Accounting) OR near completion of degree
- Currently studying CPA/CA or plans to begin studying in the near future
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Driven, motivated, reliable and willingness to learn and develop skills further
