About our Graduate program

Based in our Coonamble Branch, you will be part of our two year Agronomy Graduate Program that works to develop talent, taking passionate graduates through a structured process to become knowledgeable agronomists and build a career in farm advisory with the support of a large and renowned agronomic team within Delta Ag.

The Program has 5 key stages that graduates progress through, based in one location with a mentor to guide their learning. Each graduate has key technical and soft skills training that they are expected to complete to set them up for a bright future in advisory as well as topical case studies to progress your learning.

Delta is highly focused on adding value to our clients, and your ability to understand and deliver these outcomes will be integral to your ongoing success.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have recently completed a Bachelors? degree, in Agriculture, Agricultural Science or related discipline.
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to a career in Agronomy.
• Be prepared to be flexible in where you are prepared to reside.
• Be committed to growing a business through adding value to our clients and demonstrate an ability to deliver awesome customer service.
• Have strong problem solving skills.
• Be enthusiastic, positive and willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
• Be patient and committed to developing your commercial skills and confidence.
