Position Profile: The Clinical NurseMental Health is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality, client focussed care. Plans and facilitates client activities in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Provides support and supervision for other staff. Liaises with all members of the health care team, clients and carers. Works with clients resident in the Acute Psychiatric Unit.
