Curtin University has a great opportunity for two passionate graduate analysts to join the Office of Strategy and Planning. This will support the delivery of strategic planning and projects, market analysis, performance reporting, market research and other analytics-related activities.

Your duties and responsibilities would include:
- Conducting market reviews and scans to understand customer behaviour, inform targeting decisions and influence new product development
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights across performance reporting
- Working with faculties, schools and other key stakeholders on strategic planning activities
- Supporting quality improvement processes across faculties, schools, and campuses
- Collaborating on strategic and cross-functional projects
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to facilitate improved service delivery and customer experiences
- Recently completed a relevant degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar)
- The ability to critically think, triangulate and interpret multiple datasets to help solve complex problems and uncover the insights they contain
- Strong desktop research skills
- A flexible and adaptable outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
