- Conducting market reviews and scans to understand customer behaviour, inform targeting decisions and influence new product development
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights across performance reporting
- Working with faculties, schools and other key stakeholders on strategic planning activities
- Supporting quality improvement processes across faculties, schools, and campuses
- Collaborating on strategic and cross-functional projects
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to facilitate improved service delivery and customer experiences
- Recently completed a relevant degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar)
- The ability to critically think, triangulate and interpret multiple datasets to help solve complex problems and uncover the insights they contain
- Strong desktop research skills
- A flexible and adaptable outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
