Form of workWe are a medium-sized residential construction business looking for a GRADUATE ARCHITECT with architectural skills, house design knowledge and experience.
Our company plans to expand its business and do some new development projects in mature suburbs of Canberra.
We are looking for a self-driven, creative designer to grow with our company.
What you'll need to do:
- Proficient in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in using Lumion and Enscape software to produce project renderings.
- Experience in residential projects/townhouse development.
- Have at least 1 year of overseas work experience.
- Academic requirements: Master of Architecture.
- Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with customers.
- Have good social and communication skills.
