About you:

• Bachelor’s degree Construction or Architect degrees preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Ambitious mindset
• Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop

The role:The Graduate role is designed to provide you with comprehensive training in all aspects of the division. This role will offer practical, on the job work experience supported by a structured learning program. It is aimed for people motivated to progress into management.
