We provide technical services to the Australian energy and resources sector with specific experience in the Minerals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, and Power Generation Industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate HSE Advisor to join our team.
This is an entry level position and is an opportunity to kick start your HSE career with a dynamic growing company. In this role, you will work closely with the HSEQ Manager and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our safety culture and compliance with legislation. You will be exposed to the core HSE functions, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Safety Systems and data analysis, Audit Assurance and Occupational Health. Along with progressive exposure to Workers’ Compensation and initial injury management support and best practices.
You shall receive mentorship from industry experienced HSE professionals while you develop your own skills, knowledge and expertise in Safety Management within corporate and project environments.

Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Current driving licence essential.
- Applied First Aid Certificate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
