Requirements:- Strong academic record with a passion for applying engineering principles to real-world challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. High standard of written and verbal skills to convey technical information effectively and at a professional level.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the willingness to take on new challenges and learn from experienced professionals.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail in project documentation and reporting.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident eligible to obtain citizenship.
Preferred:The following knowledge and skills are viewed favourably but are not core requirements:
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, VISSIM, SYNCHRO, or similar transportation modelling tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and industry trends to stay up to date with best practices.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
