The Opportunity
As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.
This 12-month program will challenge your thinking across the Land Access and tenement's function, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects throughout the business. The role will be focused on assisting the Land Access and Tenements team, including:
- Securing Land Access for MinRes’ mining and energy operations
- Drafting and negotiation of Land Access and contractual agreements
- Stakeholder engagement with 3rd party land holders in which we operate
- Tenement and permit compliance
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations insofar as relevant to mining and energy tenure Land Access agreements

Requirements for the Role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Graduated by the end of 2024 in Legal, Commerce, Planning or Geology, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
