Role description
The primary objective of Graduate Nurse program is to consolidate nursing skills and knowledge to a standard expected of a beginner practitioner, within the guidelines of the ANMC competences of professional practice, critical thinking and analysis, provision and coordination of care, and collaborative and therapeutic practice in a range of settings in a safe and competent manner as a developing Registered Nurse.
About you
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Victoria
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Ability to accept direction and feedback to develop as a new practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Effective time management and organisational skills
