Bounce Health Group is a leading integrated Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pilates & Exercise Science group with multiple sites in Melbourne's East. We are committed to quality & evidence-based care and have a strong network of established referral sources.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time/sessional basis including the potential for coverage opportunities. If coverage isn't your thing then that's fine.

The position will suit an established Physiotherapist looking to take the next step in private practice and working with senior Sports physiotherapists. Postgraduate/Masters qualifications are desirable but certainly not essential.

 However, new/recent graduates will be considered with full mentorship both 1 on 1 and frequent group PD sessions also.

The successful applicant will have a broad and mixed caseload of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy patients working in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are also aligned with many of Melbourne's leading surgeons ensuring you will treat a great diversity of patients and pathologies.

The caseload will be predominantly sports and spinal and include paediatric sports care. Having pilates training & experience would be an advantage. You get a great mix of patients at Bounce!

This position will allow you to work with a very dynamic sports medicine team, many of whom currently work or go on to work at the top/elite level of sports. 

We have a strong and comprehensive internal education program that occurs across sites on a fortnightly basis and a fortnightly "masterclass" with our titled physios over lunch. We have several education streams that involve internal presentations and also involve external speakers across physiotherapy, exercise science, sports medicine, radiological and surgical disciplines.

We also run a quarterly education dinner off-site with guest speakers.

Plus…… we are social and have regular social catchups and a lot of fun.
