Graduate or Recent Graduate Veterinarian

GVC are providing recruitment services for a wonderful Vet clinic in Melbourne's West, a friendly team of 4 experienced Veterinarians, one recent Graduate Veterinarian and 12 dedicated Nurses/Support Staff. They have engaged us to help them find a Graduate or recent Graduate Vet to join their growing team.The Graduate ProgramAt this purpose-built modern clinic, they recognise and value that New Graduate Veterinarians are the future of the industry. This is why they have created a New Graduate Program. They really want to see you thrive and be the best Veterinarian you can be.You will become a valuable team member and be guided each step of the way for the first 12 months of your career, and thereafter you will always be fully supported. This clinic is owned by Veterinary Practice Partners. Having 9 clinics with VPP you get fantastic support from your sister clinics and Head Office. They do group training and gatherings to help grow their amazing staff. They value Mental Health and well-being and support all members of their valued team with access to free counselling services and regular morale-boosting treats and lunches. All teams are consistent, fun, and well-trained professionals, striving to provide comprehensive care at high standards.Your Graduate Program

• Ongoing support and Guidance from your dedicated Mentor & Lead Vet
• Above award salary
• 4 Weeks of Annual Leave
• 1 Week of paid CPD leave and 1 Week of Charity Leave for the first 12 months of employment. This reverts to 1 week per annum after the initial 12 months. Pro-rata for part-time
• Up to $2000 for CPD Courses. After the initial 12 months, reverts to $1200. Pro Rata for Part-time
