Our aim is to provide clinical structured support during the transition from student to Registered Nurse, whilst encouraging self-directed learning.South West Healthcare's Graduate Nurse Program offers the opportunity for the graduate to consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge and develop sound skills in a variety of clinical rotations. Graduate Nurses have the option to work either full or part time hours (a minimum 64 hours per fortnight) to support work/life balance. This 12-month program commences in June 2024, with the option for permanent, ongoing employment subject to the successful completion of the Graduate Nurse Program.
