Graduate Registered Nurse

We are looking for the “right attitude”. Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be working with a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents, and their families to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care and lifestyle support services to clients of BlueCross.

What your days will look like:

• Provide nursing care to our clients
• Ensure our client’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
• Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
• Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
