The opportunity
As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.
This two-year program will challenge your thinking across the Sales and Marketing team within our Iron Ore division, offering immediate exposure to both Operations and our Freight teams through two 12-month rotations.
With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
- Exposure and training within our Sales Operations and our Ocean Freight Division
- Stakeholder engagement with both internal and external parties
- Management of sales and shipment data
- Assist in all shipping, sales and marketing activities of the Iron Ore team
- Perth based, with adhoc trips to port and site as required
Requirements for the role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Graduated by the end of 2024 in Commerce majoring in Logistics, Finance or International Business, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
