Our client is a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. Seeking a casual full-time Scientist with Customer Service experience to join their team in Bayswater location in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a 8 month contract role until end of December 2024
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service admin, phone call scientific support and order entry
- Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA
- Scientific customer support on emails and other queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with growth mindset
- Full Australian work rights required
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate Excel skills including using VLOOKUP
- Life Science background OR worked at scientific company
- Bayswater based role in Melbourne
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm full-time
- Onsite parking, Cafe, new modern designed offices
- Contract role until end of December 2024
- $36.50 - $40/hr depending on experience
